WORK AND LABOR — PLEADING. 1. Work and Labor — When action for payment may be brought. When contract for services has been fully performed and nothing remains to be done except make payment therefor, liability for such payment may be enforced in action for reasonable value of services. 2. Pleading — Recovery as an employee approved. In action to recover upon quantum meruit for services rendered by plaintiff in assisting defendant to acquire oil and gas leases, plaintiffs bill of particulars, when properly construed, did not set forth a partnership or joint adventure relationship between parties, and plaintiff was not precluded thereby from recovering on theory that services had been rendered as an employee.
